Due to the handmade quality of each piece, all sales are final. I do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations except for received damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.
I understand mishaps happen. If your items arrived damaged please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@claybyzuly.com. Provide your order number and a picture(s) of the damaged product. I will review and determine the next steps.
Please make sure that your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please message me as soon as possible so that I am able to make any corrections before the items are shipped.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after I've received your order confirmation. This excludes holidays. Once I have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please be mindful that once your order has left my possession, any delays related to USPS are out of my control. This may vary due to weather, region and holidays.
